Anna Cernova is a sophomore and Finance major at Baruch College. She was born in Latvia but currently lives in Brooklyn. In addition to being an Engagement Intern and student, Anna has been ballroom dancing since she was four years old. Anna loves meeting new people and enjoys making them feel welcome in the Hillel community, she is so excited to be an Engagement Intern this year!
Rebecca is currently a sophomore at Baruch college. She is double majoring in political science and corporate communication. Rebecca like most students at Baruch is from New York City. Her family currently lives in Queens but she is living in the East village for the time being as she is continuing her studies. Rebecca has decided to work for Hillel because she loves being involved and helping her community grow. She is most excited to meet all the new students and can't wait to start this year off! If you see her around don't hesitate to go up to her and say hi!
Hillel Sebrow is a sophomore at Baruch College, studying Actuarial Sciences. He is from Teaneck, New Jersey but now resides in Manhattan. Hillel can’t wait to be an engagement Intern because he loves meeting new people and is very engaging. Hillel is also on the board for YOFI and hopes to work jointly with the two groups in facilitating a strong and communal Hillel. Hillel is also perfect for the position because his name happens to be Hillel. Crazy! Furthermore, Hillel enjoys watching Mets games, making new friends, doing math, and making “dad jokes.”
Judah Wertenteil is a sophomore at Baruch College studying finance and math. He is originally from Teaneck, NJ but now lives in Manhattan. He is excited to start his position as an engagement intern at Hillel and can't wait to meet new people and get them involved. He looks forward to developing new relationships and working with fellow students to continue running great events while growing the Hillel throughout the year. Judah loves ice coffee, tennis, and running.
Karen Neiger is a sophomore studying financial mathematics at Baruch College. She is from Rockland County, NY and currently resides in Chelsea with her twin sister. During her free time she enjoys swimming, cooking and shopping. Karen hopes to engage students from diverse Jewish backgrounds so that they can connect to their Jewish roots, while at the same time forming friendships that last a lifetime.
Lauren transferred to Baruch in the spring of 2016, and is now in her senior year. She is studying psychology and english, and plans on attending law school next fall. She is originally from Teaneck, NJ, and now lives a few towns over in Woodcliff Lake. She is very excited to work along with the rest of the Hillel community to maintain the active and enthusiastic Jewish life at Baruch. One of her greatest passions is for animals; over the years she has had many different types of pets, and now really enjoys playing with her new cockapoo puppy!
Simmy is a sophomore studying philosophy and psychology. He is from the holy Teaneck (Israel), NJ and is super juiced to be getting engaged…sorry, engaging many students as an intern for the Hillel.

Iris is a senior at Baruch, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Psychology. She was born in Israel to Russian parents, but moved with them to New York at a young age. She’s excited to be continuing her second year as an administrative assistant for the Hillel, as well as taking on the role of treasurer for WINGS.
Graphic Design Intern: Adam Osadon
Adam is in his last semester at Baruch College. He is studying Business Communication with a specialization in Graphic Design and a minor in New Media Arts. Adam was born and raised in Queens, and comes from an Israeli household. He is excited to create content for Hillel at Baruch and attract new members to take advantage of all of the great things that Hillel has to offer!

Ariella is a junior and a psychology major here at Baruch. She comes from the Persian community in Great Neck. This will be her second year as Secretary of YOFI and she can't wait for all the great things they're planning on bringing this year.
